Empathic Leader Sandbox

Join other purpose-driven leaders for regular, facilitated NVC practice.

2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, 15:00-16:00 GMT. Ongoing.

More than a practice group, this is an ongoing community of practice, bringing together leaders who are motivated to improve the way they relate and communicate and who want to create a culture of peace and effective collaboration around them.

We create a non-judgmental space to practice your communication with real life examples from your leadership experiences.

Think of these practice sessions like yoga practice for our minds and emotions to improve our ability to relate more empathically and to influence in a way that creates a closer and trusting culture.

This is a distended time to try things out and have fun with empathic and connected communication. Above all, we aim to make our meetings relaxed, fun and enriching for each other, a space where we learn and share together.

Practice difficult conversations, get tips on what you sound like and how to improve your style with Nonviolent Communication. Revisit interactions that didn’t go as planned or didn’t work. Listen more effectively. Connect with yourself more deeply and get clarity on what you need and want to ask, or a plan of action. Lots of feedback.

Open to all, no particular level of NVC required.

Price

First session is free. The rest are priced as a yoga-type membership, as I view this as yoga practice for our minds and emotions. My hope is to make this sustainable and accessible. Above all, let’s make it relaxed, fun and enriching for each other, a space where we learn and share together.

Do drop me a note if you want to join or have questions. Or if you can’t make this time. If there are enough of you, I might open up another time slot.

I absolutely love these times together to reflect on and deepen our NVC understanding and practice, and to connect with amazing people doing amazing work. It always feels to me that we are all getting together and making a bigger impact by connecting with each other. Drop me a note before you come if you feel like making an introduction about yourself and your work and vision.
